Company specializes in development and design of ultra-high precision hydrostatic spindles, hydrostatic slides and hydrostatic spin tables (further a hydrostatic units) for a wide range of applications.

The unique Know-How is based on Dr. Leonid Kashchenevsky 50 years theoretical and practical experience in the fields of development and manufacturing of hydrostatic units The ultra-high speed spindles developed by Dr. Leonid Kashchenevsky are able to reach the maximum rotational speed over 200,000 RPM. The rotational accuracy is usually between 20 nm and 50 nm.

Hydrostatic bearing is an only one type of bearing that effectively combines an ultra-high rotational accuracy, extremely high vibrations resistance, high static stiffness and virtually infinite lifetime.

Company LK Consulting offering the following services:

  • Developments of a wide range of hydrostatic units according to the customer specific requirements.  For hydrostatic units characteristics calculations and for the units parameters optimization used both analytical approach and numerical approach which is based on Finite Element Analysis.
  • Providing a complete set of the working drawings;
  • The direct supervision of hydrostatic units assembling and inspection at the customer facilities;
  • Providing the unique practical knowledge to the unit assembling staff: how to prepare the unit’s components for assembling, how to assemble the hydrostatic unit and how to inspect it.
  • Providing a detailed description of required periphery support equipment;
  • Providing a detailed list for required tooling and fixtures for the hydrostatic units assembling and inspection.
